In the name of the Lord God everlasting Amen, The last will and testament of John Crew of the county aforesaid on Delaware by these present considering of the frailty of mankind, Bestow my small worldly estate as followeth:

I Give my precious and Emmortall Soul unto the Almighty God that Gave it to me in Certain and sure hope of the Resurrection to Eternal Life in an through the merrits of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my body to be Decently buried at the discreation of my Exectors hereafter mentions and my whole Estate as Followeth

I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Walls One Hundred Acres of Land part of this tract whereon I now live Running for a Cross the neck for Length Joyning on Said Land, which was Owen Rock and for its Breadth Southerly with Eagall Breadth Thaurt the neck, and a two year old horse of a black collour. Item I Give unti my grandson John Walls son of said daughter Elizabeth Walls

Item I give unto my son in law Richard Harvey my black mare known the name o Spring also my Coopers, Tools also that eight acre lott in town near the block House pond.

Item, I give all my lands whichI have not heretofore Disposed of unto my beloved wife, Aneballo Crew and her Disposall among my CHildren which I have had by her body.

Item, I also give unto aforesaid wife, after just debts being paid all and singular my personall Estate at her Disposing and doe by these presents Ordain and appoint my siad wife sole executrix to this my Last Will and testament. Though omitted in the body of thes Will that it is my will and desire that my said children be at age as they shall arive to the age of fourteen as Witness my hand and seal the Twenty and first day of August in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twelve ---Interlined this word John, and the word mare before Signing and Sealin these presents.
