In the name of God Amen this__ day of __Anno Dom., I Isaac Cooper of Somerset County and province of Maryland being in perfect health of body and of sound mind and memory. Thanks be to god therefore and knowing that it is appointed for all men to die do Make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament

First I commend my soul to almighty God and my body to the Earth to be buried in a Christian like manner at the Discreation of Executors herefore named and ? such worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless one with in this world. I give devise and dispose of the same in manner and form following.

Item I give and bequeath to my well beloved wife Bridget Cooper all that Tract of Land called Quiekerson Neck to be her own property during her Lifetime also one yoak open & one plow and harrow and own ox chain also won hers and sadle and bridle also won ox cart in testimony, I do hereby utterly revoke disannull and make void all other Wills and Testaments before by me In any wise Named, Ratifing and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament in Witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above Written.

June 29th 1775 Then came John Cooper and made oath that the within instrument of writing is the true and whole Will and Testament of Isaac Cooper late of Somerset County deceased, that hath come to his hands or possession and that he doth not know of any other.

Certified by Thos. Holbrook, Dep. Comm of Somerset County

Somerset County the 29 day of June 1775. Then came William Tully and James Tully Two of the subscribing witnesses to the within Last Will and Testament of Isaac Cooper, late of Somerset County, deceased and feverably made oath on the holy Evangelis of Almighty God that they did see the Testator therein named sign and seal this Will and that they heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be his Last Will and Testament, that at the time of his so doing he was to the Best of their approhansions of Sound and Disposing Mind, Memory and understanding and that they respectively Subscribed their Names as Witnesses to this Will in the presence of the Testator. Certified by Thos. Holbrook, Dep. Comm. of Somerset County

I do hearby acquaint you that I do quit any claim to the several bequests and demises of My deceased Husband, Isaac Cooper and in Lieu thereof do claim my Dower or third part of his Estate both Reall or Personal, as Witness my hand this 3rd day of August 1775.
