This indenture made this twenty seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty between Matthias Dorman, George Kelly and Mary Anne Kelly wife of the said George Kelly of Somerset County in the State of Maryland of the one part and Ralph Lowe of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Matthias Dorman, George Kelly and Mary Anne Kelly, wife of the said George Kelly, for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars current money of the United States to them in hand paid by the said Ralph Lowe before the sealing and delivery of these present the receipt whereof they the said Matthias Dorman, George Kelly and Mary Anne Kelly his wife doth hereby acknowledge hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed and confirmed and by these present doth grant, bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said Ralph Lowe his heirs and assigns all that tract or part of a tract or parcel of land called "Weatherly Reserve" which we the aforesaid Matthias Dorman and Mary Anne Kelly formerly Mary Anne Dorman is entitled to by the death of our Father George Dorman which will more fully appear by reference of our Grand Fathers last will and testament bearing date the thirteenth day of December Anno Domini one thousand seven hundred and eighty three which land is situate lying and being in Somerset County and State aforesaid and on the north side of Rewastico Creek together with all and singular the buildings, improvements, woods ways waters water courses, sights liberties previledges hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate, right title and interest whatsoever of them the said Matthias Dorman, George Kelly and Mary Anne Kelly his wife both at law and in equity, of in to and out of the said tract or parcel of land and premises hereby bargained and sold or ment, mentioned or intended hereby so to be and every or any part and parcel thereof , To Have and To Hold the said tract or part of a tract or parcel of land so as aforesaid described called "Weatherly Reserve" or by whatsoever name the same may be called, together with the buildings and appurtenances and all and singular other the premises hereby bargained and sold or ment mentioned or intended hereby so to be, and every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their appurtenances, unto the said Ralph Lowe his heirs and assigns forever, and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and they the said Matthias Dorman, George Kelly and Mary Anne Kelly his wife for themselves their heirs executors and administrators doth hereby covenant grant promise and agree, to and with the said Ralph Lowe his heirs executors, administrators or assigns that they the said Matthias Dorman. George Kelly and Mary Anne Kelly wife of the said George and their heirs the said tract or part of a tract or parcel of land and premises, hereby granted, bargained and sold, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said Ralph Lowe his heirs and assigns against them the said Matthias Dorman, George Kelly and Mary Anne Kelly his wife and their heirs and against all and every person or persons whatsoever claiming or to claim any right title or interest in and to the same or any part thereof, shall and will hereafter warrant and forever defend by these presents. In Witness whereof the said Matthias Dorman, George Kelly and Mary Anne Kelly his wife hath hereunto subscribed their names and seals affixed the day and year first herein before written Signed Sealed and delivered in the presence of us

March the 23rd day Anno Domini 1830 then was delivered unto me the Subscriber the forgoing deed in order to be enrolled among the records of Somerset County which said deed together with the acknowledgment thereof thereon endorsed are accordingly enrolled among the same records the day and year aforesaid in Liber GH No. 5 folio 197 and 198
